Schools Closed - Emergency Day - 3/16
Due to inclement weather and the potential impact on road safety, all Kaneland schools will be closed Today, Monday, March 16, 2026. An emergency/non-attendance day will be utilized. Therefore, this day will be made up at the end of the school calendar for this year. Students in alternative programs should follow the guidance of those individual programs.
Building Administration will communicate with students and families about the scheduling of athletics and activities. Kaneland transportation and Kaneland transportation providers will NOT transport students to alternative programs. Parents are welcome to drive their students if those programs remain open. The Sugar Grove Park District follows the District calendar. As such, there will be no before-school or after-school CARE.
Prom 2026!
The 2026 KHS Prom will be held Saturday, April 25th, 6 - 10:00m.
The cost will be $90.00 per person. Tickets will go on sale on the GoFan App Monday, March 16 and be on sale through Wednesday, April 15.
Summer School
Save the Date! Registration for Summer School will open in Infinite Campus on April 6.
The final course booklet will be available the week of March 23, 2026.
